Welcome to SteadyKid ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing steadykid.store and purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms.
1. Our products. SteadyKid sells printable digital products (PDF workbooks, journals and flashcards) for children's emotional wellbeing. All products are delivered digitally; nothing physical is shipped.
2. License & permitted use. When you buy a product you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download and print it for use within your own household, classroom or professional practice. You may not resell, share, redistribute, sub-license or publish our files, in whole or in part.
3. Intellectual property. All content, designs, illustrations and text remain the property of SteadyKid and are protected by copyright.
4. Pricing, fees & payment. Prices are shown in EUR. Some items are offered free of charge; a non-refundable order processing fee may apply at checkout and is shown before you pay. Optional add-on items are charged at their listed price. Payment is processed securely via Shopify.
5. Not medical advice. Our materials are educational tools and are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological or therapeutic advice, diagnosis or treatment.
6. Disclaimer & liability. Products are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, SteadyKid is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our products.
7. Changes. We may update these Terms; the current version always applies.
8. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of [your country/region].
9. EU/EEA customers (incl. Ireland) — right of withdrawal. As a consumer in the EU/EEA you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. Because our products are digital downloads, by completing checkout and starting your download you expressly agree that delivery begins immediately and you acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once the download has started. This does not affect your separate 30-day satisfaction guarantee.
