Refund policy
Digital products. Because our products are instant digital downloads, they cannot be physically returned.
Our 30-day money-back guarantee. We want you to be happy. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, email within 30 days of your order and we'll refund what you paid — no need to send anything back.
What's refunded. We refund the amount you actually paid for your order (any add-on items and, where applicable, the processing fee). Refunds are issued to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
How to request a refund. Email with your order number and the email used at checkout. That's all we need.
Problems with your download? If a file won't open or didn't arrive, contact us first — we'll fix it right away, often without needing a refund.
EU/EEA customers (incl. Ireland) — right of withdrawal. As a consumer in the EU/EEA you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. Because our products are digital downloads, by completing checkout and starting your download you expressly agree that delivery begins immediately and you acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once the download has started. This does not affect your separate 30-day satisfaction guarantee.
